ASAP's recruitment process includes classified ads, job fairs, open houses, internet searches, and employee referrals. When you receive applicants from ASAP Medstaff, they have undergone a comprehensive screening process including:

    • Overall professionalism
  • Professional and personal references
  • Criminal background check
  • Job related pre-hire tests
  • Drug screen obtained on the day of the interview

ASAP can customize its candidates screening/interview process to fit your specific requirements.

Placement Process:

ASAP's placement process is client-specific. Once we receive specific job candidate requirements, we narrow our "job-ready" candidates for you to interview. If the candidate(s) meet your expectation, then ASAP Medstaff will send the candidate(s) to your worksite once a start date, hours, and bill rate are established.

ASAP Medstaff Employees:

Candidates places at your workplace are initially employees of ASAP Medstaff and managed by our office. These individuals generally remain ASAP Medstaff employees until they work 720 hours. At that time, they can be transferred to your payroll without a placement fee.

ASAP Medstaff offers competitive wages to candidates based on their years of experience; However we work with our clients to keep our pay rates within the pay ranges of your workplace.
